The 10 Minute Plantar Fasciitis Treatment:

Store the CryoSphere in the freezer when you are not using it - at night, start by slowly rolling the CryoSphere from the ball of the foot to the heel, leaning forward to apply more pressure as needed. Keep rolling the frozen CryoSphere ball back and forth from heel to the ball of the foot about 10 times, and repeat on the other foot.

Using Cold Therapy reduces inflammation brought on by Plantar Fasciitis and the stiffness and size of the CryoSphere ball allows for a more effective tendon stretch than offered by a tennis ball, golf ball or water bottle.

Recommended Use: Once a day, 10 minute treatments on each foot
