Place your Recoup Cryosphere in the freezer whenever you're not using it. 2 hours in the freezer will give you up to 1 hour of cold relief.
The Recoup Cryosleeve can be used on both arms and legs, depending on your size. The hour cold allows you to use it on multiple treatement areas without having to refreeze it.
Follow icing standards of 15-20 minutes at a time per area. Listen to your body. Wear a piece of thin clothing under the Cryosleeve if it feels too cold on bare skin directly out of the freezer.
