1) Place the ball in the freezer: For up to 6 hours of sweet cold relief.
2) Choose a muscle group and apply pressure to the chosen area. Roll back and forth. You should feel the stretching and release of tension in the area, and, while some tight areas may require a little work, it shouldn't be painful.
3)  The bottom blue ring can unscrew from the top handle, allowing you to use the ball for trigger point relief, for example on your hips or feet .
