"Final Sale" items are not eligible for returns

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For exchanges, customers will be charged shipping and the price difference if applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@recoupfitness.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Recoup Limited Warranty (on our website)
Recoup products are manufactured with high-quality industrial parts designed to last. If any malfunctions occur, your limited warranty covers our products as follows:

Cryosphere – 1 year from date of purchase

Cryosleeve – 30 days from date of purchase

Thermosleeve - 30 days from date of purchase

 

To have a Recoup product repaired or replaced under warranty, it must be returned with freight prepaid and insured to Recoup. This warranty does not apply to damage that Recoup determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than authorized Recoup personnel, including misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, foods and liquids, including but not limited to, water or lotions, alteration to the product, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, transportation damage, theft, neglect, vandalism or environmental conditions, loss of use during the period the product is at the Recoup repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Recoup. This warranty provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranty.

There shall be no other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, or any other obligation on the part of the company with respect to products covered by this warranty. Recoup shall have no liability for any incidental, consequential or special damages. In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts
which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective and materials are not available, Recoup reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement if a new generation of the product exists.


This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products, including but not limited to the sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without the prior express and written consent of Recoup.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, which may vary from state to state. Because of individual state regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty is effective for all Recoup products purchased through Recoup or a Recoup reseller website or store within the timelines covered. Any modifications or adaptation to enable it to operate in any other country are not covered under this warranty.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want us to provide you with a return label, we can do so, but the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund (usually $10-15)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
